Brought in two cars for different services. Both times I waited and the repairs were completed in about an hour. Service was great by assist manager Mona, and I witnessed Kevin dropping of a customer to his home as he was stuck at the Midas location. This is not a service they offer, and he went out of his way to help the customer. I for sure will go back again to this location.

We were wrong about this shop in our first review so we decided to give this another try.. After our second visit and amazed by their service, Daves auto shop is by far one of best shops we came across in the city! Mistakes happen but they will make sure that they do not happen again and thats what makes them better than the other shops we've been to. We will continue to refer friends and family. Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I was delighted to have my vehicle checked over so thoroughly as the service repairs were completed with great regard to detail. I was advised to the time required and they kept their word. Nice job!
