For 6 yrs now we’ve been taking our 2 vehicles to Oakridge. Always a good experience! They offer a loaner vehicle when it’ll be all day, and they are always pleasant. I always recommend this mechanic for price, service and basic understanding.

Excellent service
Went beyond expectations to ensure
my car is working at its best. Looked into things to see why it was acting up to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Would refer anyone to talk with Bruce in getting work done on their vehicle. Before any work is done they call, and give you all options to what is needed. The work is done within the timeframe they give you. Won’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Made my week! Thank you for your generosity! Highly recommended.
