I was thrilled with Mike and his team's outstanding performance first time I was referred to them! Never been to any other shop in 7 years! I found mike at Pitt River Auto Service on the internet, I was so happy with his service, and knowledge! It didn’t hurt he was one of the nicest most sincere fellows I’ve meet in a while , he didn’t upsell or up charge me on anything, it was actually cheaper than he said it may be !! So , here’s a guy who is going to get my family’s business and everyone I can tell !! He’s a great , honest mechanic!

My wife got into an accident on a Wednesday night. I took the car into Tom’s on Friday and they did their estimate right away. By Monday, Tom’s called me up to set an appointment. I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up.
The ICBC Customer Claims Specialist said “Wow, that was really quick! That is one of the fastest claims to repair ever.” And the repair looks GREAT. Absolutely zero complaints. Very happy.
