After reading a lot of negative comments I was hesitant to go there.
My experience was no different than any other location. Wait time was about 10 minutes. Kenny did my blood work. He was pleasant, polite & professional. I left there as a satisfied customer.

These are independently owned I was told at the property management office for 2917 Bloor St.W.after the woman in the Life Lab was soooo rude.Prior to my 2014 visit,the clinic had this really NICE lady at the desk.It made up for an old,and dimly lit clinic.Also,the technician at the time was also VERY professional,plus personable.The owner should make himself available for complaints because I would've contacted him years ago.

I don't understand why the low rating from customers. My experience has always been first rate. I've gone twice without an appointment and have always been treated in a professional, timely manner.
