We spent a fair amount of time shopping around for a new hot tub and eventually decided to purchase from LCL. The staff are very friendly, the mechanics will explain what repairs were done and they get the job done on the date of the appointment. Ken is a trustworthy person who I look for in businesses. All of his employees share the same core beliefs.
I've had four vehicles taken care of by Kendall's, never once did I feel like I was being overcharged or had work done that wasn't needed. In fact, I was given a general idea of what was upcoming in the next 6–12 months as far as maintenance was concerned.
One of the vehicles, it was suggested I get rid of it soon, as it was going to be costly to repair and not worth the investment.
