Mike came out he took a look and fixed the problem in probably under 15 minutes costing me just the repair/service call at an extremely affordable fair price. I will continue calling them in the future for any maintenance or service required I highly recommend !!!!

Had Master Decker stain my deck last week and I'm so happy with the results. The crew was really professional and super friendly. They took the time to make sure everything was done right. The new stain looks amazing, it totally transformed my deck. They even made sure to clean up all the stuff after they was done. I was a bit hesitant cause they don't offer any warranties, but the quality of their work is top-notch. Highly recommend Master Decker if you need any deck work done. Thanks a lot guy

Everyone in this shop is amazing. Mike is great to deal with!! They fit me in, in the middle of everyone getting their snow tires on. Long storey short I received high quality snow tires from my dad as a gift. The tires were defective. Mike diagnosed them, ordered me in new ones and they were on my vehicle within 2 days!! All the men in the shop are very knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service!! Thank you for keeping me safe and disposing of my egg shaped tires!! Cheers.

Excellent all around customer service. Had an olympic plate holder that after 4 years fell apart due to a bad weld. Brought the part to the London store and next week back and good as new.
Got the 1/2 rack 4 years ago and just bought the lat attachment for it. Excellent investment. Guys were really helpful getting that thing to fit in my car.
Great equipment for the price, but you better check out every detail carefully. Price you pay for cheap, lol. Close to gym quality equipment. 5 stars!

Years ago I had a full upper denture made by Jon and his years of experience were reflected in the job done. The fit was excellent and did not give me any problem. He fully explained the various procedures as he did his work and now I am back to him getting another upper made and a partial lower and it has been a pleasant experience and once again he has done an A1 job. I dropped in and Theo was able to pop the fiber glass panel back into place and installed a new bolt. He even used rubbing compound to remove the scratches. in half an hour was all fixed up good as new.
