Best pizza we ever had. Our friends had wings and they really enjoyed them. Atmosphere nice. Would definetely go back again. Could not believe some of the reviews that it was bad. Our food was delicious. Waitress could have waited a few more minutes as she started boxing up our leftovers and one of our party was not even finished eating, other then that was great.

Excellent service this morning by Brian. Punctual and informative during his service time; he actually fixed the problem which a Bosch service person neglected when the dishwasher was installed. Missing materials were installed , our machine was leveled properly and we even learned a few new facts about our machine. Great and informative experience.

I had an appointment for a hair cut on the 6 of Oct 2017. at 7:00 pm. When I reached there from Aberdeen at 7:00 the girl at the reception enquired with the hairstylist for the time and she refused as she said she can’t cut my hair due to shortage of time. So had to drive back. She could havecalled and let me know abt the delay ther I could have saved my gas nd time. The girl at was rude as she was convincing me I was wrong and she was right. Unbelievable to know the customer is wrong.

Saved our butts. We had a patio that needed repairing and a walkway that needed to be filled. Nobody else would take the job because it was too small. A family member talked to one of them and asked if they could have a look. They came over and called us with a quote immediately and did the work the next day. Amazing! While they were here, they offered to repair and seal the driveway as well. Beautiful work. They even came back a week later to spot repair & repainted over a mess I made!

Typical chain resto.. but looks like they have a format that works! They still hire the typical kids to run the place, but they have a plan in place to help ensure the customers' satisfaction. They do everything they can now, to ensure everything is in the bag before you leave the takeout window, and the food is quite good, for what it is too!
One time recently, there was something missing, I called, and the manager on duty took care of me appropriately.

Christine and I would like to thank Lulu for meeting our every need at our wedding. It was a huge relief to be able to rely on Lulu to take care of all of our instructions to the letter. Visited Claudio's with family last night for our 25th Anniversary dinner. Every detail was perfect from the greeting at the door by the owners/chef, the private table, the attentive service and last but not least, the amazing food. Some really nice touches such as bringing out a few bottles of recommended wines for us to choose from. Our waiter, Ignatio suggested that he bring out a tasting plate of chef Kristina's beef shortrib stuffed ravioli for all of us to try. Great suggestion! It was one of the tastiest raviolis I have eaten. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food, wine and overrall dining experience. I think our family has a new favourite for special and memorable dinners out. We will be back!
