Dropped in for lunch this week and was very pleasantly surprised to find this calibre of Japanese food in Peterborough. Excellent food. Very authentic. So much so it helps to be familiar with Japanese food before ordering (staff speak very little English). Fixed price for as much as you want on the menu. However a note on menu says you will be charged for what you don't eat. I thought that was an inspired way to prevent the waste usually associated with all you can eat restaurants. A little pricy but you certainly get your money's worth. Looking forward to a return visit for dinner.

Seeing the new layers of material being installed one-at-a-time, wrapping over the edge of the roof and metal cap is a far better solutions. The metal work you did to cover my fascia board is great. These guys made the BEST orthotics i have ever had. They took more time than the podiatrist I went to see several years ago, and were much better at explaining what is going on with my feet. Even though Mark told me I would need to break my feet into them slowly, they were VERY comfy from the get-go and by the second day I was quite able to wear them full time. I will definitely use Bio-Ped again in future!
