I went to the Ottawa Street store based on favourable reviews to replace a camera that quit. We have 20 plus blinds which we purchased from this store over 20 years ago. I recently had a minor problem with one blind. I took this blind to the store looking for advice. The store took my blind and sent it out for repair, which was done at no charge and back to me in 4 days. This is outstanding Customer service !!!

I buy all my baking supplies at Bulk Barn in Brantford. I find the staff to be wonderful help in finding things and always with a greeting and a smile. I bake, decorate and make chocolates for Christmas and Easter and chocolate covered jujubes for other events. My husband says I go there twice a week but that is not true although I do admit I grace their doors very often. Right now I am looking for red licorice ropes, which they have, black licorice straps which I feel I may have a problem with.
