I love this clinic. I go here for help with anxiety and ADHD and Dr Hafuth is the best. He is always helpful and kind, I am seriously switching to this clinic permanently. Also always a short wait and the pharmacy is also great!

I live in NYC and contacted Monika about sending flowers to my Mom in Waterloo. Monika responded immediately and we shared a few emails making sure all my expectations were met! Simple to order on line and the flowers were amazing! Monika provided everything she promised and then some! My Mom loves her flowers, vase and happy birthday balloon! SMOOTH PROCESS! Got our recalled stove replaced by a Napoleon unit from Ultra Comfort Guelph on Woodlawn road. They traveled to my house and performed a very nice job. Very happy with service, the product and the price. Strongly recommend them for people in the market for fireplace.

Great customer service. The office staff was nice, professional and they were able to squeeze me in right away. There were some issues with the parts needed but the tech Matthew went above and beyond to make sure my Viking oven was fixed. Really good company, I have recommended them to anyone who asks about repairs.

Absolutely love this place, the service has always been friendly and fast unless you're going to bring more than 4 people as I've been to a party dinner here and the food was cold the wait staff was unorganized and they seemed very confused. When I've gone with just my family of 3 they have been amazing! Love the food!

As we walked in the restaurant we were the first ones to arrive noticing the last couple items for the buffet were just coming out. Everything looked and smelt great. Our server was a male and he was very friendly and kind, he explained what was in the buffet very clearly and then we were able to start.
The Empress of India offers 14 items for their lunch buffet, 8 hot items and 6 cold. We were also happy to see they had a very good vegetarian selection. As we were eating we all talked about how much flavour the food had. However the food had a little bit spice to it, but nobody really minded since it was so good! The restaurant filled up after 15-20 minutes, but the server was able to contol it very well.
As we are not locals , We will still return to the Empress of India for it's very fine food.

First time back in over 3 years. We stopped coming because of terrible service and food but came in because we had a gift certificate from the radio station. Have to say one of the best servers we have had anywhere and the food was hot and good. We will defiantely be back.
