Fabulous staff and so friendly. I phone for an appointment and someone answers the phone right away (after the usual speel about emergencies and such). I was new to Ladysmith a year ago so they were very helpful in setting me up for online lab services too. Never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for an appointment either. So glad they are nearby.

Dr. Shew is amazing along with all his staff. I am someone who suffers extreme anxiety with dental procedures and have had to have 3 done in the last year where I couldn’t afford to go to a specialist and be put under. He’s truly amazing at working with anxiety and making me the most comfortable I can be so I can get these things taken care of within financial reason. He is not about money and truly truly cares about his patients. I will never in my life see any other dentist. Im beyond thankful

These guys deal with so much adversity, and every time I come they're trying their best to deliver the best customer service they can despite the late night rowdy crowd. After years of negative dental experiences, I found the great group at EastVan Dental! Everyone from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the technicians, to the dentists. Their understanding and genuine care really made the world of difference for me. To have such a caring group take care of my dental needs, starting with a conscious-sedation session, to follow up care. I can honestly say this is the best dental care Ive ever received! I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.
I definitely recommend them.
