I started my morning at the buttcrack of dawn with a missed flight and locking my keys (as well as my wallet) in my car. It was definitely a crummy start to Easter Sunday. After trying to use a coathanger and a few choice words I threw in the towel and decided to call for help. I figured it was a holiday and a Sunday so I'd be waiting awhile. To my pleasant surprise Rob showed up within 15 minutes after my phone call. He was personable, efficient and professional and I really apreciated it!

I received the best customer service I have ever received. I had Roberto to help me with my new bank account questions and issues; he was polite and diligently handled all my problems. an't express how happy I am with the service. I had booked an appointment with another company but they said they couldn't actually commit to being there that day. My wife found pro door through facebook, Cody came by that evening after dinner, not only fixed my issue for a great price but re-adjusted my door, checked for the root cause and gave me pointers should I ever have another issue. I expressed to Cody that I was thrilled with the service, I know that I won't go anywhere else

They saved my life lol not literally though. I had all my wedding pictures baby picture stored on my hard drive and it stopped working. I took it to 2 other places in town before bringing it to them and they me into there computer shop and went through all the photos I thought I would never see again. They were so quick and friendly and the tech guy helped me set my system to do backups from now own to save me from having a heart attack if it happens again.

I stopped in here at about 4:30 asking for some painkillers for a sore tooth. (Was driving back to edm for an appointment the next day.) and without hesitation they had me in for an X-ray, freezing, and prescription. I was out of there in 25 minutes. Super friendly staff, I can’t thank them enough for helping me in such short notice.
