I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. Reflections is fantastic and I am very happy with Dr Tsang. It is more expensive than other practices but I feel very confident in the care I receive there. They saved me when I had a dental issue turned emergency that my previous dental office failed to address over months. The office is nice and calm and private. Only complaint would be that they often call and ask/ tell me to switch my appointment times but charge a fee if *I* were to change an appointment with less than 48 hrs notice. Lire plus

Went into speedy on Saturday to repair my rearview mirror that had fallen off. I tried to repair it myself and surprisingly to no one but myself did it wrong. They informed me they could repair my mistake for $15. I thought that was a great price as it cost me $10 to do it wrong. Me and my two sons waited about 5 minutes and the repair was done. We were informed that there would be no charge and I should take the boys out for ice cream with the $15 I saved. Small acts of kindness like this need to be recognized.
