just one word. I have now been with these guys for almost like 2 years when i first came to toronto.. HONEST. You will see that for yourself. That is the number one reason for why I drive all the way from Mississauga to where these guys are located. I even even argued with them once back for the price that they put up for a service item for which i was actually wrong i must acept. stupid of me. But these gys value their customers a lot.Never said anything negative. Great work Jairo/Freddie. Lire plus

Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys. Lire plus
