Ian the Service Manager was a great help. I took my 2013 Sportage in with a blown engine and he got it fully covered by warranty and got me a rental so I was not inconvenienced. Great service!!

The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

We used The Carpet Guys when we lived in Oakville. This was the best experience I have EVER had bringing contractors into the house. The price was right. They were on time. They cleaned up after themselves. Bruce was very helpful bringing the carpet samples to the house so we could decide what would go best with the furniture and how it would look. The installers were helpful and friendly too. We carpeted the livingroom, hall, stairs and rec-room so they had to move furniture around too.
