I have been in and out of Physio Therapists offices for years and each one would give me more of the same exercises and...blah, blah, blah. Jessie gave me the most accurate and detailed description of my problems and designed an exercise program especially for me! It was simple and easy-to-follow, plus I asked her for a few simple ideas for exercises I can do at my desk, and she happily obliged!
Excellent treatments and a routine that was easily adaptible into my everyday life.

I took my very neglected ( not by me ) 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 to Vince and asked him to restore it mechanically to its former glory so to speak .Stating at the front working to the back and then top to bottom he identified and repaired all that was wrong while the whole time staying in contact with me explaining fully what was needed and why. Great customer service. Excellent work. I took my car in for detailing and was very satisfied with the quality of work. The detailer cleaned every corner of the vehicle. When I picked up it was showroom condition. There service is above 5 star more like 10/10. Reasonably priced and quality of work is unbelievable. I have taken my car to detailing shops in my area and never got good professional care or quality. Highly recommend my drive from Surrey to Richmond was so worth it.
