I was in a car accident and was receiving Physio at the Bowmanville clinic. Shortly after, while still in treatment, our family got some devastating news. Jamie has been wonderful to listen about our daughters journey. Sharon has been absolutely wonderful. She always asks how things are going and is completely understanding to work around my daughters appointments. Even when I screw up. Too much on my mind these days. This store had great service. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The cosmetic staff are especially helpful and friendly. They remember what I bought in the past and recommend other products that work well with them.
The store is always clean and the shelves well stocked. I have found the prices to be competitive and their sales always good.
I shop there often and will be going back again.

I previously had hearing aids for 5 yrs but never wore them as they never fit. Went to The Ear Company expecting to purchase new ones but they made adjustments to mine and they fit perfectly. Very impressed with the service, knowledge, professionalism and how comfortable they made me feel. Would highly recommended them.
