A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. We had water come into our basement during the recent heavy rains. Andrew the project manager contacted me back very quickly and had a team to my house within 30 minutes. They were very organized and went to work right away drying out my basement. They were able to dry the walls without cutting them,but had to remove my laminate flooring.
