The lady at the front desk I believe her name was Renee. She fit us in in just a few minutes and we had no appointment. Polite and took time out to talk to our kids she was a very sweet lady. Our tax person was Sally is very knowledgable and will give them both a 15 out of 10 for sure

I admit, it was very old and loud, so I wasn't too upset to get rid of it. Who knew the difference a garage door opener makes when you are looking at new ones.wonderful service.

My car was victim to a smash and grab a few nights ago so I needed a window replaced... I didn't really know where to start. The dealership didn't seem to be eager to help at all, so I searched on Yellowpages.ca for auto body shops near my work. GTA was the first one I called, and after speaking to Rob I didn't feel the need to phone anywhere else. He was very helpful right from the get-go and even sourced a used window and saved me about $60. I came right in and I was done in just over an hour. They even vacuumed out all of the shattered glass in my back seat. I told them I would certainly recommend them to anyone at work needing body work done and I figured I should write a review here too. Thanks for fixing my window guys!

Friends even from downtown go all the way driving 45 minutes for car repairs there. I will not go elsewhere and I strongly recommend anyone to go there. I've used this shop a few times (4) and always have had great service the staff is friendly and the work of the shop is excellent. They make the process easy, there was a rental waiting or someone would take me to it and when done I just dropped the rental off in their parking lot. I'd use them again and actually will be in the near future.

I needed to take my 1999 Honda Accord in for repair after a hit and run incident.
As soon as I walked into Fix Auto Richmond Hill I noticed how clean and well organized the office was.
Not to mention the staff were very professional and helpful.
Although the owner was busy the other employees were very competent and welcoming.
Also, they are open Saturdays which is very convenient.
I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Enviro Car did an amazing re-repair of my Acura MDX after Car Star (was referred by my insurance adjuster) not only didnt repair the original gamage from the wind storm, but caused numerous new damages. Lee even noticed some stuff that needed to be done that my insurance Appraisal missed!

Thank You DMC AUTO!!! We could not take off our tires because the last shop tightened the bolts too hard and lost the key bolt! When we went back, they could not get it off.. we went to the dealership to order another one and they couldn’t do that! Took it to two more shops and NOBODY could take off our tires!!! With Snow on the way and frustrated as ever, I was referred to DMC and all I can say is THANK YOU!! You were the only ones to really try and succeed!! Now we can drive this winter safely
