The staff are accommodating and friendly. I was given a proper quote based on my needs and advised to think it over. Within 1 week I decided that no other place can beat the price and the service they have offered, I have purchased 2 hearing aid (both ears). I have no any negative comments here to everyone at the southside Nissan dealership. Everyone is so nice and friendly to their customers. Car service is more professional way and great service. I had a new ignition lock assembly replaced in my 2002 Mercedes SLK320 at Henneken Auto Sales and Service and they did a wonderful job and the price was exactly what they quoted me. When it comes to Mercedes specialized repairs this is the best shop in the Lower Mainland!
Hans and Falko were extremely helpful with their no-nonsense approach and repairs.
The official Mercedes Dealership would have charged me 3 to 4 times more for this job and they did not even bother calling me back!!!
