Simply put these guys are exceptional and reconnected my electrical service entrance when Hydro left us in the dark and cold at the end of Feb 2017 (tree cutting crew saw that that the utility wire was lying on the roof and immediately pulled our meter). They had us reconnected in what had to be record time and a full day under the time they predicted and within the budget they originally provided. Europe Lock & Key saved our bacon! I was using our only key for our Mercedes for a pry, and snapped it in half! No backup key!! He was able to recreate a key from two twisted halves! The financial nightmare of re-keying a MB avoided! He was skeptical that it would work...... but it did! A fantastic resolution to a potentially expensive lesson of always having a copy of an important key. A .50 cent screwdriver makes a much better pry, all McGyver aspirations aside! Lire plus
