Excellent friendly staff! specifically at this location. Unlike the reviewer below( believe she has the wrong store altogether )The severs remember my orders, including the extra toppings I like , and unlike most of the other subways here in Nanaimo, aren't cheap with the toppings . I specifically drive out of my way to go to this store - usually am there when its busy around lunch, but have also gone late in the evening and although the staff has changed , they also have given good service. I go hear at least once a week with my husband and two kids. Never disappoints, in fact we always get amazing food, exceptional service, and walk out with full bellies. Don't be put off by the emptiness, it has only been around for a few months so word is just getting around. The lady who is the main cook is the real deal!! I am Sri Lankan and my husband is Spanish and we LOVE it here. Brings me back home every time. The rice and curry is my favorite and the beef dosa is rocking! Lire plus

I sat down just to expect the normal McDonald's experience but the food I got was above all kinds of McDonald's here I was served my 6 McNuggets but there was 7. I almost cried from the generosity of the staff on work 10/10 McDonald's you did it again, will come back for seconds and even thirds. Lire plus

This food is so fresh and just tastes amazing. I had the Mac and cheese with the side salad and it was incredible. A wonderfully hot cup of coffee with the sticky toffee pudding for dessert finished my meal of perfection. What a cool place. Well done! Cheers :) Lire plus
