I had my car serviced in Scarboro Kia service department for maintenance. When I called to make an appointment, a representitive helped me to get a rough quotation for the job and made an appointment.
On the service day, I was happy with their service and the result. A mechanic, Ali, was excellent in knowledge, skill and the service. I recommend this dealer shop for the service.

When I picked up my 'repaired' car, it obviously has had a
complete and detailed restoration, I am very very very pleased with the extensive repairs, examination of the entire vehicle,
testing of even non- contracted functions, tweaking, tune-ups and
touch ups, throughout.

Great mechanic. Listens and made sure my vehicle is i good shape. He checked my oil, coolant and pumped my tires without asking him to do so. My infiniti FX45 kept dieing on me and I took it everywhere. The problem still remained. A friend referred Steve to me and I towed my vehicle to Scarborough from Brampton. Steve fixed my vehicle and it is driving so smooth that I feel like its a brand new vehicle now. Steve has become the only mechanic touching my vehicle. Trust me. He is good.

He said if I fail don't pay me. That gave me confidence to hand over my car to him as none of the others gave such guarantee. Gord is the best tech I have ever met. His commitment to the proper repair and technique is unmatched by any mechanic probably because he is a full on journeyman that has always been able to diagnose and repair anything. Their is no room for screw ups or over billing due to his competency. I am a local shop owner and tech and Gord is a constant supply of technical assistance to us and many other shops that call him for advise. Got a big $ quote somewhere else, call him.
