Only tough thing is hard to get these guys on phone at regular business hours as they dont have a full time receptionist. Other than that 5 stars.

If you are looking for trustworthy advice and great service I would highly recommend picking up the phone. Andrew’s customer service was above and beyond and honestly my car never started up so well before! He suggested colors and fixtures that perfectly matched what we wanted the finished product to be. Andrew is meticulous in his own work, and very demanding of himself and his sub-contractors.

I have had my hearing aids for close to three years. They are an excellent product, however I have had a couple glitches, mainly due to my own carelessness. I have found the assistance provided by both Kristen and Lisa to be amazing. On separate occasions, they have each resolved the problems, and restored full function, with no charge for expertise and helpful, positive attitudes. I plan to be a customer for life, and I highly recommend the products and the staff at Strathroy Ampliphon.
