I have been a patient of Dr Raby since 2015 when pregnant with my twins. She has gone above and beyond to make every aspect comfortable. Lisa at the front desk has been accommodating with my personal needs for appointments given the strict schedule an OB has! I purchased a demo from the shop and the bike mechanics did an excellent job adjusting the geometry. I’m pretty finicky and came back to ask for a different handlebar width and they switched it out without charging me. Good mechanics and great service.

I bought a bike at the Oakville location in the fall and recently had some issues with the bottom bracket (6mo later). They fixed it under warranty with no issues whatsoever. My experience with their customer service was great. Thanks James!
