I called Cliffs Towing after my car broke down. Before the tow truck arrived, I found out that I could restart the car. However, I decided to wait for the tow truck in case the car broke down again. When the tow truck arrived, I explained the situation and the truck driver, Naveed, said that he would follow behind me as I drove my car to the garage. After I got to the garage, Naveed talked to his dispatcher and they decided that since they did not touch my vehicle, there would be no charge!

We were wrong about this shop in our first review so we decided to give this another try.. After our second visit and amazed by their service, Daves auto shop is by far one of best shops we came across in the city! Mistakes happen but they will make sure that they do not happen again and thats what makes them better than the other shops we've been to. We will continue to refer friends and family. I've since gone several times & they are always friendly & go above & beyond my expectations! And I am very particular on how I want my nails; eyebrows; and/or pedicures done! Highly Recommend!
