My husband and I went to Lethbridge Mitsubishi after a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Hyundai. Rick (General Sales Manager) greeted us like old friends the minute we entered the dealership. Rick, Gerry, and the entire crew at Mitsubishi were fantastic and we found a great vehicle at a terrific price. They were professional, extremely helpful, and very accommodating! Go-Getter Hotshot was very quick to help us when we needed help ASAP. They are very friendly, accommodating & quick to reply. They were able to get a part to us from Lethbridge to Edmonton same day and with one phone call. We are from out of town and we had to use TNT towning last weekend to get our truck and ourselves home about 60km. BalJeet Sandhu was our driver and we couldnt have been treated better. He was very helpful and very pleasant to be around. Cant say enough good about him or the service.

These guys are top notch. I had a tricky rock chip in my wind shield. Had part of it fixed at another very reputable place in Leth. Then I was told the rest was not fixable. They were rushed and I was annoyed. I drove to Benchmark and they said they could do it. And save my windshield. It was done IMMEDIATELY and FAST. They worked magic. And to top it all off they said no charge. That shouldn’t have been a problem. So now I go to Benchmark first. They are above and beyond!

I have great respect for this shop. Tommy is loathe to fix things unless he is sure that it needs to be done. He has done many free inspections of cars/trucks I have looked at for purchase. In one case, he identified a vehicle that had been in a serious front end crash and accurately listed all of the repairs that had been performed. But what I like most about this place is that they have taught me lots about cars and their maintenance.
