I've been dealing with this store for many years. Now, with everything going on, I order through the phone and the experience is just as good as it is in the store. For small things, I do go in but for everything else, over the phone. The amazing person I deal with is Tom V. The experience through the phone is incredible, just like in the store. Tom is pleasant and knows what he is taking about. Very professional. I highly recommend this store. I would give more than 10 If I could.

After my appointment, where Beth was very professional and kind, she proceeded to take my situation even further by contacting the ENT in Halifax (not part of her job.) had me an appointment in Halifax the next business day and because of her actions, part of my hearing was restored. She was also able to retrieve information on an earlier purchase we had made so we could see if we wanted to match it. I had both my front ball joints done, a wheel bearing fixed, brakes and had two new tires put on...Unbelievable job and the price was unbeatable. Now I know why my friend recommended this place to me. I'll never go anywhere else again. Once you've had auto repair work done at Beaver Auto you'll see why I took the time to write this review. (I didn't rate convenience at 5 stars because I live in Orleans and they are in the St. Laurent area, but it was well worth the 10-15 minute minute drive)

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Silverman and his staff. I am a returning client, and when I went for my consultation he remembered me and was so kind! He genuinely cared to hear about my life and what brought me in. He was compassionate, and honest and gave me a few options and suggestions which one was even do nothing. He made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. And most important, the results speak for themselves! His staff is amazing!! 100 % recommend!

Superb service and outcomes. Made a huge mistake buying a Mini Countryman. The car was sucking more than $750/month. Overpriced Mini Ottawa did not demonstrate (to me) the expertise and any restraint when it came to expenses. In came Manny who found a cost effective solution delivered with confidence and TLC. Don't hesitate.

Knocked out my tooth on a curb one Sunday, Dr. Nohé Sassi happend to be one of the few dentist in the city to be working. Turns out he's not just a wonderful dentist, but a great guy too. We became well aqainted over the year threw a prosses of removing my broken tooth, to fixing chips, getting my smile back to what it was. Thank you for your hard work and I wish you all the best for you and your family in the new year. I'm sure your new daughter will grow into something as lovley as you.

I can't say enough of how wonderful it is to shop here. I have been shopping here since its inception, and all the staff, I mean all the staff are a wonderful team of individuals who are always eager to help and go the extra mile. This is one if not the best place in Ottawa to shop. Starting from the Beauty Boutique, the Manager, her assistant and everyone else is top notch, experienced and knowledgeable. The best team in the City as far as I am concerned.
