Not only was Faz dedicated to finding the root causes of my body aches, blockages and pains but he showed patience and paid close attention to what my body needed. Initially I went through a sort of shock when he started with the actual massages, but after a second visit my body was much more relaxed and could enter easily into a meditative state. He has also left me with homework so to speak, small stretch routines, etc. I can tell his intuition is transactional with all clients and I look forward to working with him more in the future.

I encountered Alexander about 4 years ago when I started experiencing severe neck and back pains from work and competitive dancing. My first visit to Alexander was my first contact with any osteopathic, naturopathic or chiropractor-style treatments. He made me feel very comfortable, explained the cause of the pain, what I can do to mitigate it and what I can do to prevent it. Since then, I've been going to Alex for monthly visits and I highly recommend his treatments to anyone!

I am very happy that I have found this clinic, they just opened in my neighbourhood (St. Clair West) last Fall. I have been going for prenatal massage regularly, I have tried a few registered massage therapists there, they are all very good in listening to my needs, and they are very professional. I also like the atmosphere there, it's clean and calming, not your average wellness clinic, and I trust the therapists there, you can tell they are more professional than the ones in a spa.
I had headaches during my first trimester, the owner practices acupuncture therapy there, he gave me a few treatments and it helped a lot. I was skeptical about acupuncture before, and was afraid of needles, but it didn't hurt at all, and I felt way better after. I just want to thanks them and will definitely recommended my family and friends.
