I had the pleasure of dealing with Pulse Motors and owner Mr. Gurgi in August 2017. I found everything about the experience absolutely top notch. The BMW I purchased is an excellent vehicle , the transaction was quick and easy, all details were taken care of and the price was outstanding. Mr. Gurgi is an industry pro and the customer service could not have been better. I highly recommend this business!

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.

Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! I HAVE to comment on the wonderful support I received from Kelly and Jaya when I went to my appointment to start with a CPAP machine. They explained everything clearly, thoroughly and patiently. Excellent quality repair. My carvwas booked in when the parts were in stock and painted and when i dropped it off, they had a rental there waiting for me. This location also services my vehicles for regular maintenance like oil changes and brakes and winter tire switch over. The mechanic is very friendly
