I have been to other driving schools in Toronto, and failed my G1 exit test twice before coming to Advanced Road Craft in Kitchener. The quality of service and instruction that I got at ARC is significant in comparison. Trustworthy, professional, attentive, and great customer service. I finally reached Leon's about an issue I had with getting through to their store and from the reviews I have read I am not the only one. I explained to an amazing young lady what was happening and she assured me she would let the manager know. She then proceeded to help me with the reason I wanted to call in the first place to my absolute satisfaction. She was extremely kind, courteous and very professional. Her name is Gurleen.
