Automotive department staff are excellent. Wait time for repairs is a bit long. Store staff are very friendly and helpful.

River's Edge Services is absolutely the top shop in BC for your automotive repair and maintenance needs! They have a great team for everything from European Vehicle diagnostics to Detailing Services. This is the only shop I will bring my vehicle to, especially because they do great digital inspection reports that they send to you directly - I love seeing the photos and videos they attach to these, it makes me feel like I am more of a part of the repair process. A few years back I had these guys replace a gas furnace in one of my rentals. I was really impressed on how quickly they were able to get at it, how fast they did the job, and how affordable it was. And, my tenants were happy on how well they cleaned up after themselves also. I was super pleased that I picked them.

I have been going to Envision since 2009 for regular checkups as well as all eyeglass purchases. The team has always been professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable in all aspects of my needs. My eyes have never accepted contacts however Dr. Loose remains optimistic and as new products come on the market he continues to look and see if new technology will allow me to wear them one day.

Our hot water tank gave out and flooded our basement over the weekend. The first appointment wasn’t until Tuesday but mainline assured me that they would get the work done on Monday and make sure we had hot water.
Not only did the techs stay super late on a Monday night to make it happen, Mainlines price was $200 cheaper than their competition.
I will not hesitate to recommend Mainline. Prompt service and fair price!
