They were very professional over the phone, and great in person. They were top notch with my problem, and instead of just patching up the problem, they did a overhaul to permanently fix the problem. I visited the Coquitlam location today for a quick service. Now I don’t know anyone who loves to take their car in, what we want is a good job done and we want it done quickly. Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.

Having recently moved to the area and need of a new 4 wheel drive Yukon, I was pleasantly surprised that the folks at Eagle Ridge GMC were able to fix me up with a Yukon XL for a little bit less than what I had expected to pay for the the Yukon.
The sales staff was both thorough and friendly.
