Melia was at the front desk both times I had to go in and while waiting I witnessed her deal with several customers who were angry. She was so professional and responded in a professional, sympathetic manner. Each time reassuring the customer that she would do her best to fix the problem. When I was up, she was, again, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She even took the time to look up my account and help me save some money. I knew absolutely nothing about Den Mar Electric when i finally got the work done i needed . I called several places and had several guys come through to give an estimate and noone was as good as Dwayne at Denmar. I will go with them every time and recommend them to anyone. He gave three times the detail in explaining everything and also was very very honest. I was pretty much decided on Denmar anyway and then to top it off my estimate was the most reasonable.
