Outstanding service and warranty! Just previous to end of warranty, my frame malfunctioned. The Courtenay store staff rose above and beyond and supplied a brand new frame and lenses at no cost! I am not a Royal Bank Customer and visited this branch from out of town needing to purchase some US cash for a trip to Asia. I needed to get newer, clean bills of various denominations. I dealt with the supervisor of the tellers and one of the tellers and the service could not have been better. They were both very friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. I was very impressed! Keep up the good work!

We had CVG install a Mirage Retractable Screen. Chris was very helpful explaining our various options and once decided had the unit installed in less than an hour. It works great and we are very happy with the screen and the install. Would we recommend CVG...definitely. Would we buy other products from them...definitely.

I visited this pawn shop last week with a piece of jewelry that I wanted to sell . THe owner immediately told me that it was a beautiful piece and commented on how unique it was. I was pleasantly surprised by what he offered to buy it for as it was more than what I had expected. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I will definitely be going back and doing more business with him as I was impressed with the way he handled the sale.
