Mike and Steph are a true example of wholesomeness and goodness of mankind. Travelling alone from Calgary to Surrey for a wedding, my tire flew off around 3 am outside Revelstoke! No phone service but 1 bar on data! Just enough to find Bens! Mike was there with in an hour! He was courteous, safe and very considerate to arrange ride for me with Steph to Salmon Arm to rent a car. She is super sweet, kind and caring. Cant thank them enough for helping me so that I could make the wedding! God Bless

Best experience I've had at an oil change place! I used to go to the Penzoil in Vernon for 3 years...for some reason it was always so expensive. Jiffy Lube showed me a 'new' fuel filter they put in which was used. SA & Westbank location will honestly tell me if I need something or I don't. Great price and great service! Never going back to a different oil change place. Now I always come here :)

I love Canadian Tire and yes it can be a pain looking for a product but most stores operate this way. It is a self serve business model which has been in effect for years since I worked for one of their stores back in the 1970's.

I brought my 1998 25hp mercury OB with NO SPARK to Richard. He quickly analyzed the issue (stator) and once I found a used one on ebay and had it delivered, Richard put it back in. After confirming spark, he called me before doing anything else and asked if I wanted him to fire it up, maybe change the plugs, etc. He changed the leg oil and everything else was excellent. Great price, great service, a super honest and capable person. I highly recommend Shuswap Marine Service. Good job!

My car getting towed left me in a very tricky position. Everyone at Jamie Davis towing was great and happy to help me and even offer me a bed to sleep on if I really needed it. The lady at the office helped me a lot in getting a coach to banff in order to get a rental. I would highly recommend Jamie Davis towing to anyone.

It is always pleasure to deal with Aaron, Pat, and all of the people at Sorrento Tire Craft. Every time I bring my trucks in for service (tires, oil changes, no starts, etc.) they always get me up and running. I have always had great service and value from these guys and always feel like a valued customer/client. I recommend these guys to everyone I can as they do a great job and stand behind their work. My car broke down on the side of the road, they stayed open late on a Friday night for me (until 6:20pm) and when my tow truck couldn't get me there until 7:30pm, John and his crew were able to get me a full analysis of my car by 9am the next morning... which was a Saturday despite being fully booked!
They only charged me $100 which was very low, got me in quick so I could make a decision to get on my way. If this store was in Calgary, it's the only spot I would go. You guys are the best!
