My first visit he sat me down and tell me his rules for being a patient of his, never had that before in my 23 years here.

The receptionists go above and beyond. Helen, just to name one, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that everything worked out for me and my prescription, when she didn’t have to. I saw another review saying they don’t answer their phones - that’s not true and if they don’t it’s because they’re so good and busy and literally constantly on the phone or busy helping with patients. They ALWAYS call back when you leave a message. They treat every patient so well.

He explained the recovery in easy terms, and made sure that I understood any risks of the surgery. He used visuals which made the process much easier to understand, and it was very accurate.
