From the minute you walk in the staff is greeting you with a smile and asking how are you .Dr Macdonnell is always patient with me and my kids ,as is all the staff .They have great hygienists too Jenna is the gal that does my cleaning she's awesome .Our family as total trust in Dr Macdonnell and his staff !

The staff was extremely friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable, explaining each process and making my comfort a high priority. The overall atmosphere was one of comfort and devoid of fear or anxiety. It was a completely different experience of seeing a dentist from any I've ever had in the past! :)

I have known Dr. Andrew Macdonnell over 16 years. He has always done excellent dentistry, has kept current of all aspects of dentistry and tries to get me out in a timely fashion. He's great with small children and nervous patients alike. I would strongly recommend him for all your dental needs.

Dr. Janic is a highly skilled, friendly dentist with a good sense of humour. He did two fillings for me today and it was the best experience with the procedure I've ever had. He's gentle and considerate with the process and works quickly, yet diligently. When it was done I was taken aback at how quick and pain free it was! Dr. Janic is one of Kamloops best. The best experience I've ever had with a doctor. He was caring, energetic, and informed me thoroughly on the virus I had contracted. I am hesitant to go into the doctor because I am always stereotyped as a young girl that is overreacting.
