I wish all doctors were anything like Dr. Kou, this world would be a paradise. She is caring, compassionate, patient. Treats her patients not like another piece of meat to treat but sees the real vulnerable human being in her patients and treats them with the care and respect every human being deserves. I cannot praise Dr. Watts and his team at Highland Creek Animal Clinic enough. Their knowledge of animals and the concern they show is outstanding and I could not ask for better veterinarian care. Based on past experiences, I thought that dogs dreaded going to the vet’s office. My dog loves visits to the clinic so much, she gets excited when I say we are going to see the doctor. Dr. Watts and his professional staff always exceed my expectations and I know that they have our best interests at heart. Their personal service really makes the difference and I’m sure, if dogs could talk, she would say the same thing!

Dr. Trinkaus, is hands down the best oncologist ever! She has been seeing our father Jacob F….. for the last 4 years. Not only is she brilliant, she is caring, professional, follows up on all calls and emails. My twin and I love dealing with her and her staff. She is amazing at what she does, compassionate beyond words and it’s because of her our father is alive and doing well. He was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2019 of August and was given immunotherapy for 2 years. Thank you dr trinkaus!

Over a decade ago I had a major mva with multiple life lasting injuries. I changed to Dr McLaughlin around 6yrs ago from my last GP and my quality of life has increased 10x. I look forward to our visits as I know stuff will get done and solutions sought after. She has a very strong sense of knowledge and empathy about her. My teenage children love going to her and feel %100 at ease with her and speaking to her. The receptionist Deb is extremely first class! Dr and her make a fantastic team!

This is the best dental office in the region. Not only are the treatments 5-star; staff is outstanding. It's such a beautiful office and the setting is world-class. Try to get a chair that overlooks the beach and lake. Though I moved with my 2 kids, we still make the 30 minute plus drive on the 401 to stay with Dr. Irwin and staff. Thank you for making our experience so positive.
