Each time i had an issue with neck or back or lower spine , she was able to diagnose and treat the pain within adequate time frame . Professional and calm manner, never rushes through treatment. Not a problem to get in to see her if pain crops up suddenly and urgent attention needed.

I had the best experience when I took my boyfriend here. They were so warm and inviting when we first walked in, the dentist was very informative and went above and beyond to help my boyfriends pain. Goes over and above and gives sound advice for both physical and mental health needs. Dr Smith is caring and understanding and as an athlete herself, has great understanding of sports injuries. She is very supportive of all members my family and sets high standards for herself. We are lucky to have her as our physician.

Dr. Peterson was so wonderful when both my husband and I came in for an eye check up. We both did need reading glasses as suspected, but the service we received from her and the receptionist was completely above and beyond what we ever expected from an optometrist visit. Dr. Peterson has a wonderful sense of humour and is very friendly. She not only prescribed our glasses And Ben helped us find suitable frames herself in the office, but she had a wonderful way of explaining, without medical jargon that I wouldn't understand, what was happening with our eyes and why glasses have become necessary.
I am so pleased that a friend recommended us to her and would extend the recommendation to Anyone looking for an optometrist.

I previously wrote a scathing review about this place when I had lost all hope but I was wrong. The staff of Interface do care about their patients post surgery. A double jaw surgery left me with mysterious chronic ET problems. I live with an alternating case of ETD and PET now and have spent the last couple years searching for answers. If you are thinking about having a jaw surgery done, consider that there can be serious risks. But I believe you can trust the staff here to do their best.

Dr. McConnell and her staff are great. She worked her ass off for me until she found a Neurologist that wasn't sitting on their brains, if they had any. Sure there are long waits, but some of you have your phones to play with or bring a book. It's more fun to people watch. We have had disagreements, even a shouting match. She is a person just like you who probably gets different moods. I know she is supposed to keep them in check, can you? She is only human so be humane.
