Our 2 little girls needed braces, and they were really scared. We know they're always busy, there's always someone to treat after, but it really touched us how Dr. Gawlik sat down with our girls to ease them into braces, and she even called Dr. Gep from the other room and together they explained to the girls how to take care of their teeth, especially with braces on. It was an experience for the whole family, a solid team effort!

I cannot express our gratitude for the help, guidance and kindness we were shown by the office administrator today as she helped us navigate the complexities of the recently introduced CDCP programme. We had had a negative experience at another practice in Burlington so we contacted the Dental and Denture Office on a recommendation from a friend who is a patient at the practice and is extremely satisfied with their professionalism, skill and thoroughness of their dentistry. She was wonderful!

My dog seemed in pain & kept hiding,not acting like himself. I was out of town so I had to do an online search to find an ER vet. I'm so pleased I found this one with excellent service Dr. Noorlander provided,he's very caring & knowledgable. He did a thorough exam & didn't rush through. He took his time to explain things. I learned more in that vet visit than I have in many vet visits elsewhere in the past. The RVT Helma was so kind too. She was very courteous & put us both at ease (my dog & me)

Dr Raamya and his assistants are very professional and friendly. For few years I had being having headache and Jaw pain ,I went to so many doctors, dentist & specialist but were not able to fix it. I was not able to sleep properly, not able to concentrate on my work and much more. By Gods grace one of my friend referred me to Dr.Raamya. Dr. Chaudhary is a very good doctor! I find him to be very understanding and caring. I wish that all doctors were nice like him in how he shows respect and concern for his patients. Even when prescribing medication, Dr. Chaudhary has always considered the financial difficulties people have and has not prescribed the very expensive kind of meds that I could not afford. I am so thankful to God that Dr. Chaudhary is not only a good doctor but a caring person that expresses it as I have experienced.

Dr. Farzan Ali did my gallbladder surgery a few weeks ago. The service his office provided was amazing! The whole team made me feel safe, and took all of my concerns seriously. Dr. Ali answered all of my questions (including silly ones), and responded patiently. It was an amazing experience with him! He explained the recovery in easy terms, and made sure that I understood any risks of the surgery. He used visuals which made the process much easier to understand, and it was very accurate.

This is a doctor that listens, very patient, not afraid to tell you nicely that what you are doing is not helping your situation. Staff very helpful and professional
My first visit he sat me down and tell me his rules for being a patient of his, never had that before in my 23 years here.
Has a G. sense of humor too, "when I tell him about my old time people bush medicine" or “Doc yuh know dumpling”? him just dead wit laff" When it comes to your care, professional and meticulous!

I attended Brantford Mall Dental on Monday to have the root of a front tooth removed. I was very apprehensive. The staff calmed and assured me. The doctor came in and took control of the procedure.
