The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.

Rob is fantastic.
He SAVED us. We found black mould behind a mattress in the basement the day before taking pictures to list our house - and had already purchased a new one) We were devastated.
Rob came immediately. He was extremely professional. Explained exactly what needed to be done and did it properly. Fixed a crack in the foundation and complete renovation - with paperwork. He was fast & were able to list within the week!
My only regret - not writing this review sooner.

I was first introduced to Align Chiropractic through my mom who started with them in 2000. I've been going to the clinic since 2007 and have experienced nothing but satisfaction with the service and the staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy. I love how personal each appt. is- you don't feel like just another client. I've been able to manage my chronic back pain with regular visits; Dr. Watson (literally) has my back covered! Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. We dealt with Ali recently to help fix some issues left by a previous company. Ali was professional and amazing from answering the phone to the time he left our home. He went above and beyond for us. He was so professional, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, caring, and respectful.
