Your technician, Brodie, spent no time at all determining my dryer issue. He showed me the problem and gave his recommendation for repair. Once I agreed to proceed, he had the parts handy, and job done in no time. You can see he has worked in this field a long time. Very professional and likable. Old fashioned approach to fixing vehicles. Good thorough and honest summary of what is wrong with prioritized plan to rectify them. Different options of using the best parts, regular parts or even used offered. No fancy person at computer desk trying to see how much work and money they can take you for. One such shop wanted over 3K from me. Nic was $1300 cheaper using the best parts and all with warranty.

As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.

These guys hands-down are the best in Calgary I left my vehicle there for six weeks and they kept it indoors and fixed my bumper and their service is great very friendly knowledgable and will give you any deal they can, thry remember a face and they treat everybody with kindness. I have used them for 12 years.
