When I first wandered into the Secret Garden looking for some purple for my daughter's hair I was treated with a genuine interest that just isn't the norm anymore. My daughter and I love coming to the Secret Garden, we are always left feeling valued and special. Their attention to detail is beyond compare. When I decided to get extensions choosing Barbara Louraine extensions was an easy decision. I have always felt care for as not only a client but a person as well. Getting extensions changed how I felt about myself on a deep level, my self esteem despite being overweight from medications to treat fibromyalgia. As prep for selling a sewing machine I had A & B go over it. Staff were helpful and friendly, but Amair is awesome. When someone came to look at the machine, it made a clicking noise. That seemed strange as it was just gone over at A and B. We called Amair. He takes such pride in his work that he drove to our house to look at it. It turned out that the lever for the bobbin winder was down. He lifted it and Presto no noise, machine worked perfectly, and it was sold. Thanks Amair, you're the best.
