I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Thank you for all the great info!

The teams at ReBalance MD have all been extremely helpful, supportive, and professional throughout 2013-2018, and 4 surgeries on my right knee. I have been treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and care. The quality of treatment and professionalism that has been provided to me was exceptional, as the staff and doctor have gone above and beyond to help me. I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.

Went in today and yesterday to see my doc that I see on a usual basis....The new reception girl is great. Polite, funny, and calming to those coming in. I believe her name was Joti or Jodi, thank you!!!

I have Cancer, therefore I have occasion to be at this facility for appointments. It is a very pleasant place. The volunteers are very helpful. Good parking, etc.
