I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. Just when the weather started to get pretty cold our furnace stopped working. We called quite a few companies at a time that didn't seem too late, about 7:30 pm but we couldn't get anyone to pick up. But when we called Toronto Furnace & Heating they did pick up and were at our house in about an hour. Fast response and they had our furnace up and running in about 30 minutes. Very pleased and would definitely recommend to others.

Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic
