Called in a pinch with HuGe stuff going on.....the company called as promised and came as promised. Hayden was an amazing competent Roto-rooter. He knew right away what to do to access the paper towel clog..,20 feet down the line . I deeply appreciated his kind manner, straight to the task and very very professional. Highly recommend this champion , thanks Hayden great job.

A few years back I had these guys replace a gas furnace in one of my rentals. I was really impressed on how quickly they were able to get at it, how fast they did the job, and how affordable it was. And, my tenants were happy on how well they cleaned up after themselves also. I was super pleased that I picked them.

If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would! The customer service, professionalism, and quality of the mechanics are amazing. I got a full service as well as an engine light checked and everything was done in a timely order, and professional manner. My vehicle was kept in excellent condition during and after the servicing. Shane called to tell me what had been done and that my vehicle was ready to go, he was informative and very kind! I can not recommend this place more and I couldn’t be happier.

Exceptional customer service! Very efficient and helpful. Was able to get in to get my winter tires on and off during peak season when everywhere else was a two week wait! I bought my winter tires here and they are by far the best winter tires I’ve ever had! Also the best rate I could find in town. Highly recommend!

One usually does not go to a hospital to be entertained. Couple of days ago I had hernia surgery. Met everyone involved on a first name basis and shared quite a few laughs. The Surgeon, Dr Kanji, greeted me like I was his long lost friend. OR staff, awesome but lights out. In recovery Armand (SN) excellent funny and courteous. I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

What a beautiful little salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so warm and welcoming! I had my hair coloured by Melissa, and what a treat! This is the best colour I've ever had! She delivered exactly what I wanted and was so fun to talk to!
Parking was surprisingly easy! I parked in the parkade straight through the building right across the street and it was only $4 all day! I recommend this salon to everyone!
