They have the best warranty on their frames you can find anywhere. They replaced my kids broken glasses handles and a entire frame that our dog chewed without charging us. I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

I was very impressed with their service. Not only did they respond quickly to my website inquiry, but they called to confirm in advance of my appointment. After the cleaning was done, I received a call from the office to confirm everything went well and was asked a few survey questions. Mr. Lavender came to my home to give me an estimate the same day I phoned his company. He gave me a price to replace my water lines and sewer pipes, the price and wait time were lower than I expected. The work was completed the following week by 3 very hard working courteous young men.Sandy, Morgan and James kept going till the job was done.
