I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

I would definitely recommend Dr Sandhar. She was very knowledgable and professional. I was referred by a co-worker and now my wife and three kids are all patients. She was very kind and helpful with my children and explained the importance of taking care of your eyes. She takes her time with each patient and I would recommend her for individuals looking for an eye doctor. Her product selection was great and we received very fast and efficient service.

I visited the Coquitlam location today for a quick service. Now I don’t know anyone who loves to take their car in, what we want is a good job done and we want it done quickly. I've been bringing my elderly mother to see the RMT at total care for a while now and both my mother and I are pleased with their service. The RMT is very knowledgeable about his field and is very understanding and respectful of my grandmother's cultural diversity and accommodates her accordingly. He also explains the maintenance exercises and causes of pain very well. I highly recommend total care, especially if you are looking for someone who understands the south Asian culture and language.
