Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.

K&S has done various work on my race car motors and some odd related items. Everything is done competently and to a very high standard, and at a fair price. Keith, the owner, is always willing to spend some time to discuss and advise. I would not go anywhere else!

I can't say enough good things about Trevor. When he was running late, he let me know. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came after 8:30 pm and seemed just as bright and cheerful as if it were 8:30 am. He spent time explaining the problem and how to fix if it happened again. And very reasonably priced! I highly recommend him: 10 out of 10!

Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.

I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Amazing customer service! Hail damage in August and the communication and from reception to deal with Jason was nothing but positive.
